Yesterday was way too rainy to do a sign, so I waited for someone to come by for a conversation, a very uneventful day. So instead, I'll post about last week, when I did a "trade hats" sign.
I started off with a fedora that I had, but which didn't quite match my outfit, which is why I had the idea. It was raining, but not as bad as yesterday, so the sign got a bit soaked.
The first trade was for a blue Chicago hat:
I forgot to take a photo of the second trade, but it was a big warm hat, I think brown or something, and hat a frill on top.
The third trade was for a plain black hat:
Fourth, a pink girl's hat:
More people were starting to get on board with the hat trade by this point, seeing that I had a few marks on the sign, but they were all men, and the pink was a show stopper.
Finally, a guy who was likely a homeless crackhead traded me and pulled one out of his bag:
It was disgusting, so I threw it away and ended the hat trade. I was only out there for like 3 hours total I think.
